7-Day Revenue-Share Agreement

The Partner agrees to promote The Founder's Human Advantage OS™ to their audience via email, social media, or other channels for a 7-day period. The Company agrees to pay the Partner a revenue share on ALL sales generated through their unique tracking code during this period.

This Agreement is effective for 7 days only:

End: August  , 2026 at 11:59 PM EST

Each partner's 7-day window begins when their unique tracking code goes live. Multiple partners may run concurrently or on staggered schedules. Sales will qualify for commission if the customer clicked the Partner's unique tracking link before the end time, even if the purchase completes shortly after the window closes.

The Partner shall receive 40% of all gross sales revenue generated through their unique tracking code during the 7-day term. There is no minimum or maximum cap on earnings.

Product Price: $597 per enrollment (12-month full access)
Partner Commission: $238.80 per enrollment (40%)
Company Retains: $358.20 per enrollment (60%)

Payout Schedule: Within 7 business days after the 7-day term ends, once all sales are verified and refunds (if any) are processed.

This is a non-exclusive agreement. The Company may partner with unlimited promotional partners during the same period. Each partner receives their own unique tracking code to ensure accurate attribution. Partners are not restricted from promoting other products during this time. The Company's total fundraising goal is $12,000+ across all partners combined. Individual partner earnings are based solely on their own sales performance.

Each Partner receives a unique tracking link and promo code. Sales are attributed as follows:

• Unique affiliate link provided by the Company (e.g., cfvhumanadvantageos.com/?ref=PARTNERNAME)
• Unique promo code assigned to the Partner (e.g., PARTNER40)
• UTM parameters for cross-verification
• First-touch attribution — if multiple partners reach the same customer, commission goes to the partner whose link was clicked first

The Company will provide real-time or daily sales reports to the Partner upon request during the 7-day term.

• Promote the product using ONLY their assigned unique tracking link/code
• Use approved marketing copy and assets provided by the Company (or get approval for custom copy before posting)
• Not make false claims about the product, including implied endorsements from third parties
• Not spam or send unsolicited emails to purchased lists
• Disclose the affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links")
• Not share or use another partner's tracking code

• Provide the Partner with a unique tracking link and promo code within 2 hours of signing this agreement
• Provide ready-to-use marketing copy, graphics, and assets for the Partner to use
• Ensure the product is live and the checkout process is functioning during the entire 7-day term
• Process all enrollment orders in real time
• Pay the Partner their 40% revenue share within 7 business days of the term ending
• Provide a final sales report within 3 business days of the term ending
• Maintain accurate tracking and attribution for all partner sales

If any customer requests a refund within the standard 14-day refund window, the Partner's commission for that sale will be deducted from their final payout. The Company may issue an estimated payout within 7 days and adjust later if refunds occur.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time during the 7-day term by notifying the other party in writing (email or text). Upon termination, the Partner will still receive their 40% commission on all sales generated up to the point of termination.

The Partner agrees not to share sales data, conversion rates, or proprietary product information with third parties during or after the 7-day term.
