School Transition Partnership Strategy

Connecting Transitioning Students to CFV RISE Homeschool Hubs

For Principals, Counselors & Lead Teachers · June 2026

⚡

Why This Partnership Matters

When students leave your school — whether through suspension, expulsion, voluntary disenrollment, or a placement change — many families are left without a structured next step. CFV RISE Homeschool Hubs exist precisely for these families, providing a neuro-inclusive, AI-enhanced academic community that gives transitioning students continuity and support.

This agreement formalizes a referral pathway so your school can compassionately connect transitioning families to a vetted educational alternative — at no cost to your school or to the first 50 qualified families referred.

🏫

For the School

A clear, compassionate, legally defensible handoff. Shows good faith to families navigating difficult transitions.

🚀

For CFV

A direct connection to motivated families who are actively searching for a structured learning community for their child.

❤️

For the Family

Instead of falling through the cracks, their child has the opportunity to apply to a structured, neuro-inclusive learning community built specifically for how their brain works.

🌟

For the Student

Continuity of learning. A place where they are seen. Human-Centered Instruction with AI Support designed around their CFV Triad Quest™ profile.

🔀

The Three Types of Transitions CFV Captures

⚠️
TYPE 1

Long-Term Suspension / Removal

Student is suspended for 10+ days or placed on long-term removal. The school still has an obligation to ensure continuity of education. CFV RISE Homeschool Hubs provide a neuro-inclusive academic alternative for these students and their families immediately.

💛
TYPE 2

Voluntary Disenrollment by Families

Parents choose to remove their child from school after years of unmet needs or an environment that isn't the right fit. CFV gives these families structure, community, and professional support through a formal application and acceptance process.

🏛️
TYPE 3

School-Initiated Placement Change

The school determines it cannot adequately serve the student and recommends an alternative placement. Rather than leaving families without options, the school can introduce CFV RISE Homeschool Hubs as a neuro-inclusive instructional community. Families must apply, qualify, and be accepted. Note: CFV provides personalized academic instruction — not clinical therapy or IEP-mandated services.

🤝
