Our Mission
Cage Free Voices is a Neuro-Inclusive Intelligence System that restores how individuals think, learn, and discern in an AI-driven world. Through a 14-app ecosystem of AI-enhanced, human-centered learning tools, we equip cognitively diverse K–12 learners with personalized pathways that meet them exactly where they are.
The Challenge Districts Face
American education faces a convergence of crises. Literacy is declining, chronic absenteeism is rising, and traditional one-size-fits-all models were not designed for the cognitive diversity of today's classrooms. Districts lack budget for specialized supplemental support, yet 1 in 5 students has a learning difference.
Company Overview
Founded in 2014 by Bathsheba Smithen, Cage Free Voices (CFV) is a neuro-inclusive literacy organization headquartered in Atlanta, GA. CFV operates a 14-app digital learning ecosystem serving K–12 students, is launching RISE Homeschool Hubs across five states (MI, MD, NJ, NY, NC) in September 2026, and partners with school districts for supplemental services. CFV is a private organization that partners with parents, schools, and institutions — not a public school or government-funded entity.

Every school license includes the CFV RISE Transition Program as a complimentary bonus. This program provides a structured, supervised educational alternative for students who are exiting your district — ensuring no student falls through the cracks during transition.

Non-solicitation commitment: CFV never recruits or encourages student withdrawal
Non-Solicitation Commitment: Cage Free Voices does not and will not solicit, encourage, or facilitate the withdrawal of any student from their current school or district. The Transition Program is available only to students whose separation has already been initiated — by the district, an administrative or judicial body, or the family independently.
