Transition Partnership Strategy

Turning District Disenrollments Into CFV RISE Homeschool Hub Enrollments

Atlanta, Georgia · June 2026

⚡

Why This Strategy Is Powerful

Across the United States, thousands of students with special needs are disenrolled, suspended long-term, or transitioned out of traditional school settings every year. These families do not disappear — they fall through the cracks.

CFV RISE Homeschool Hubs exist precisely for these families. The Transition Partnership creates a formal pathway so that when a district can no longer serve a neurodiverse student, that family is connected directly to CFV — not left to search alone. Referred families must apply, qualify, and be accepted into the program. All accepted families are required to attend a mandatory CFV RISE Information Session before enrollment is finalized. The first 50 qualified families enrolled through this partnership are accepted at no cost.

🏛️

For the District

A clean, compassionate, legally defensible handoff. Shows good faith to parents and to state oversight bodies. Costs the district nothing.

🚀

For CFV

A direct connection to motivated families who are actively searching for a structured learning community for their child.

❤️

For the Family

Instead of falling through the cracks, their child has the opportunity to apply to a structured, neuro-inclusive learning community built specifically for how their brain works. Qualified families attend an Information Session and go through an acceptance process.

🌟

For the Child

Continuity of learning. A place where they are seen. Human-Centered Instruction with AI Support designed around their CFV Triad Quest profile.

🔀

The Three Types of Transitions CFV Captures

⚠️
TYPE 1

Long-Term Suspension / Removal

Student is suspended for 10+ days or placed on long-term removal from their school. The district is legally obligated to provide continued education. CFV RISE Homeschool Hubs provide the neuro-inclusive academic instruction and community these students need immediately.

💛
TYPE 2

Voluntary Disenrollment by Families

Parents choose to remove their child from school after years of unmet IEP goals or a learning environment that isn't the right fit. CFV gives these families structure, community, and professional support.

🏛️
TYPE 3

District-Initiated Transition / Placement Change

The district determines they cannot adequately serve the student and recommends an alternative placement. Rather than a costly private placement, the district can recommend CFV RISE Homeschool Hubs as a neuro-inclusive instructional community. Families must apply, qualify, and be accepted into the program. Note: CFV provides personalized academic instruction — not clinical therapy or IEP-mandated services.

🤝

The Transition Partnership Agreement

A simple one-page agreement between CFV and the district. No cost. No complex procurement. The district signs once — and from that point forward, every family transitioning a neurodiverse student out of the district receives a CFV RISE Homeschool Hub referral packet.
