Proposed: 90-Day Limited Pilot — 5 to 10 Schools

📌 Scope
Limited to 5–10 schools, with a defined grade band and 1–2 selected CFV applications. No full-system rollout required.

⏱️ Duration
90 days — long enough to measure engagement and workload impact, short enough to minimize risk.

|
💰 Cost
$1.00 USD per user per month for use of the full platform. During the pilot, a nominal onboarding fee covers teacher training and technical setup. No hidden costs — pricing is transparent and predictable.

📋 Measurable Outcomes
We will jointly define success metrics — teacher time saved, student engagement scores, and progress data — and deliver a transparent report at the pilot's conclusion.

At the end of the pilot, your ministry retains full control. There is no obligation to continue. If the results speak for themselves, we discuss broader adoption on your terms.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection
We understand that data sovereignty and student privacy are non-negotiable for Vietnamese educational institutions. Here is what is currently in place and what we commit to as part of our partnership:

🔒 Security Measures Already in Place
All data transmitted between users and the CFV platform is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL (HTTPS). Databases are encrypted at rest by our cloud infrastructure provider. Access to student and teacher data is governed by role-based access controls — only authorized administrators and assigned teachers can view records for their students. User authentication is managed through secure, token-based sessions.

🇻🇳 Commitment to Decree 53/2022/ND-CP & Data Localization
As part of the pilot program, we will arrange for student and teacher data generated within Vietnam to be stored on infrastructure located within Vietnamese jurisdiction, in compliance with Decree 53/2022/ND-CP. We will work directly with your ministry's technical team to ensure no personal data of Vietnamese users is transferred outside Vietnam without explicit authorization.

🛡️ Vietnam Cybersecurity Law (2018)
We will ensure our data handling practices comply with the Vietnam Cybersecurity Law's requirements for data protection, breach notification, and cooperation with Vietnamese authorities. We welcome your ministry's guidance on any specific requirements we must meet.

🌐 GDPR-Aligned Design Principles
Our platform is designed following GDPR principles — including data minimization (we collect only what is needed for learning), purpose limitation, consent-based processing, and the right to data erasure. We are prepared to undergo formal certification and security audits as required by your ministry before or during the pilot period.

We welcome a technical review by your ministry's cybersecurity and legal teams before any pilot begins, and we will obtain any required certifications or undergo any audits your framework requires. Compliance is not a checkbox for us — it is a partnership.
